Candied Sweet Potatoes

Description:

Chunks of sweet potatoes, baked in a delectable, traditional syrup of brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter. No wonder we call them "brown and beautiful". If desired, top with marshmallows to melt during the last 5 minutes of baking.

Cooking Instructions

Preparation:  Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, add 15-20 minutes (5-10 minutes for half pan) baking time.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Preheat oven to 350F. Remove lid and place pan on baking sheet. Bake 45 minutes (30-35 minutes for half pan). Remove from oven, top with miniature marshmallows, and place back in oven for 5 minutes to melt marshmallows. Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.
