Cooking Instructions: Heat a large skillet on medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons cooking oil. Add chicken in a single layer and cook 6 - 8 minutes, turning once, until golden brown. Reduce to medium heat, add the beans and cook 2 minutes. With your fingers, knead the bag of sauce to combine all the ingredients and pour over the chicken. Cook 2 - 4 minutes or until sauce is thickened and internal temperature of chicken is 165F on instant read thermometer. Meanwhile, place rice in microwaveable bowl. Add 2 tablespoons water (1 tablespoon for regular entrée) and heat in the microwave for 1 minute or until hot.
