Your own home becomes a Thai kitchen with this fabulous dish of juicy chicken breasts and bright green beans, swimming in our tantalizing coconut-sesame sauce. And you will love our coconut rice - all you have to do is give it a little heating in the microwave. This dish has a little exotic flair that will energize and excite your dinner time around the table. Stovetop: 12 minutes.

Cooking Instructions

Preparation:  Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, defrost in microwave.

Cooking Instructions:  Heat a large skillet on medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons cooking oil. Add chicken in a single layer and cook 6 - 8 minutes, turning once, until golden brown. Reduce to medium heat, add the beans and cook 2 minutes. With your fingers, knead the bag of sauce to combine all the ingredients and pour over the chicken. Cook 2 - 4 minutes or until sauce is thickened and internal temperature of chicken is 165F on instant read thermometer. Meanwhile, place rice in microwaveable bowl. Add 2 tablespoons water (1 tablespoon for regular entrée) and heat in the microwave for 1 minute or until hot.
