Ravioli Ole

Description:

Puffy, cheese-filled ravioli are layered with black beans, corn, onions, and more.  Then all is topped with our new chunky marinara sauce and covered with cheddar cheese.  Judie’s grandkids gave this dish a two-thumbs-up and are begging her to cook it every weekend.  Thank goodness for Super Suppers!  Oven - 50 minutes if thawed, 1 hour 10 minutes if frozen.

Cooking Instructions

Preparation:  Thaw completely.  If frozen or partially frozen, add 15-20 minutes covered baking time before baking uncovered.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Preheat oven to 350F.  Place pan of ravioli on baking sheet, and bake covered 45 minutes or until bubbly in center.  Remove lid and bake an additional 5 minutes.  Let stand 5 minutes before serving.  Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.

 

Suggested Sides:  Top with sour cream, and serve with green salad
