Liven up an everyday kind of night with the taste sensation of tender flank steak marinated in our out-of-this-world sauce. The marinade, to be drizzled over thin slices of the beef, artfully combines sweet, salty, tangy and zesty flavors. Stovetop or Grill - 20 minutes if thawed, 25-30 minutes if frozen.
Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, defrost slightly in microwave. Do not over microwave, or meat will become tough.
Cooking Instructions: Meat: Preheat grill or large skillet on medium-high heat. Remove steak from bag, discarding bag. Cook steak on grill or in skillet until medium-rare (140F on instant read thermometer), turning after the first 10 minutes. Let meat rest 5 minutes before cutting against the grain into paper-thin slices. Sauce: Pour small bag of sauce into small saucepan. Simmer sauce for 2 minutes. Drizzle simmered marinade over sliced steak just before serving. For tender juicy meat, cook only to medium-rare and slice very thin.
