Description:Homey and hearty, these meaty chicken breasts are marinated in thyme and seasonings, then given a quick turn in a skillet before being covered with our delicious apple glaze. They come with a side of seasoned diced potatoes. Chicken in Skillet - 8-10 minutes if thawed, Vegetables in Skillet - 5 minutes if thawed.
Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, defrost in microwave before cooking.
Cooking Instructions: Spray large skillet with non-stick coating or add 1 tablespoon canola oil, and heat over medium heat. Place contents of chicken bag in skillet, and cook chicken 6-7 minutes on each side. Add contents of sauce bag and cook 2-3 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken is 165F on instant read thermometer. Spray another skillet with non-stick coating and heat over medium heat. Place contents of bag of potatoes and vegetables in skillet. Cook, stirring often, until heated through, about 5 minutes.
