Description:Juicy chicken breasts are lightly breaded with our crunchy Parmesan crumb coating. They are simmered quickly in an Italian marinara sauce, topped with a touch of mozzarella cheese, and served over tender noodles. Stovetop – 15-20 minutes if thawed, 25 minutes if frozen, Oven - 40 minutes.
Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, add 5-10 minutes cooking time (for both stovetop and oven methods).
Cooking Instructions: Stovetop: Place large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil or spray with non-stick coating. Cook chicken in skillet 10-15 minutes, turning once, until golden brown and internal temperature is 165F on instant read thermometer. Pour marinara sauce around chicken in skillet; top each breast with 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese. Cover pan and cook 5 minutes or until sauce is hot and cheese is melted. Oven: Preheat oven to 350F. Remove lid, all 3 bags, and deli paper. Place pan on baking sheet and bake uncovered 40 minutes (30 minutes for regular pan). Remove pan from oven; pour marinara sauce around chicken. Top each breast with 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and chicken is 165F on instant read thermometer. Noodles: Bring 8 cups water to a boil. Boil noodles 5 minutes or until tender; drain. If not using cooked noodles immediately, toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil to prevent sticking. Serve chicken over noodles.
