Description:Grill these lean, boneless chops outside or in a skillet on the stovetop and serve with the tangy cranberry barbecue sauce. These chops make a great dinner for guests or a very special family meal. Grill or Stovetop – 15-20 minutes if thawed, 20-25 minutes if frozen.
Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, defrost slightly in microwave before cooking.
Cooking Instructions: Grill: Preheat grill. Remove chops from bag and discard marinade. Grill or broil 6-8 minutes on each side or until internal temperature is 160F on instant read thermometer. Place contents of sauce bag in saucepan and bring to a simmer over low heat. Simmer gently 1 minute, stirring often to prevent sticking. Stovetop: Heat large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Add pork chops and cook 3-5 minutes on each side. Add contents of sauce bag and stir. Simmer 10 minutes or until internal temperature is 160F on instant read thermometer.
