Preparation: Keep vegetables FROZEN. Thaw pork completely. Remove pork from bag, reserving marinade. If frozen or partially frozen, defrost pork slightly in microwave.
Cooking Instructions: Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill pork 10-12 minutes, turning to brown on both sides, until internal temperature is 160F on instant read thermometer. Stovetop: Preheat skillet over medium heat. Cook pork 10-12 minutes, turning to brown on both sides. Add ¼ cup water & cover skillet. Reduce heat to simmer. Cook 10-15 minutes or until internal temperature is 160ºF on instant read thermometer. Vegetables: Place vegetables on grill pan or piece of foil and cook 8-10 minutes, until tender crisp. Pour marinade into pan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Simmer for 2 minutes. Drizzle thinly sliced pork with hot marinade.
