Description:We call it chowder, but it’s really a meal in a bowl. Each creamy serving is loaded with ham, bacon, corn, carrots and more. Serve the included corn muffins to round out this filling dinner. Stovetop - 20 minutes if thawed, 25 minutes if frozen.
Preparation: Thaw completely. If soup is frozen or partially frozen, defrost in microwave before heating on stovetop.
Cooking Instructions: Place chowder in large saucepan over medium-low heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring often to prevent chowder from burning. For thinner soup, add milk, 1/2 cup at a time, until chowder reaches desired consistency. Simmer 10-15 minutes, stirring often. Remove muffins from bag and heat in microwave 30 seconds or until hot.
Suggested Sides: Top soup with shredded Cheddar cheese, if desired.
