Diced white chicken, black beans and rice are tossed with onions, bell peppers, diced tomatoes and Mexican flavors. This hearty mix can be stuffed into the soft flour tortillas that are included, or it can be served on rice or a tossed salad with the tortillas served on the side. Stovetop – 7 minutes if thawed, 12 minutes if frozen.
Preparation: Thaw completely. If filling is frozen, defrost in microwave before cooking.
Cooking Instructions: Place chicken filling in large skillet over medium heat. Heat 5-7 minutes or until filling is hot. Heat tortillas in microwave 30 seconds or until hot. Serve hot filling in tortillas.
