Grill or Stovetop – 10-15 minutes if thawed, 15-20 minutes if frozen.
Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, defrost in microwave before cooking. Do not over-microwave, or chicken will become tough.
Cooking Instructions: Preheat grill or large skillet to medium-high heat. Cook chicken 5-8 minutes on each side or until internal temperature is 165F on instant read thermometer. Meanwhile, place corn and tomato mixture in saucepan and cook 5 minutes or until hot; or serve chilled, if desired. Serve with chicken.
