Grilled Chicken with Corn and Tomatoes

Description:

Save this complete meal for one of your busiest nights. You’ll marvel at how quickly the chicken, marinated in our basil and red wine sauce, cooks on the grill or stovetop. The corn and tomato duo is a colorful warm salad (or you can serve it cold) that makes this a complete, satisfying meal and a welcome stress-reliever.  Grill or Stovetop – 10-15 minutes if thawed, 15-20 minutes if frozen.

Cooking Instructions

Preparation:  Thaw completely.  If frozen or partially frozen, defrost in microwave before cooking.  Do not over-microwave, or chicken will become tough.  

 

Cooking Instructions:  Preheat grill or large skillet to medium-high heat.  Cook chicken 5-8 minutes on each side or until internal temperature is 165F on instant read thermometer.  Meanwhile, place corn and tomato mixture in saucepan and cook 5 minutes or until hot; or serve chilled, if desired.  Serve with chicken.
