Preparation: Thaw completely. If chicken and asparagus are frozen or partially frozen, defrost slightly in microwave just enough to break pieces apart. Do not over-microwave, or asparagus will become tough.
Cooking Instructions: Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Place rice mixture in skillet. Add 2 cups water (1 cup for Regular entrée) and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender. If cream cheese is cold, heat in a microwaveable container 10 seconds or until softened. Stir softened cream cheese into rice, and continue cooking and stirring until cheese is melted into rice. Spread chicken and asparagus over rice mixture. Cover and cook on medium heat 10 minutes or until asparagus and chicken are hot. Remove from heat. Stir gently and sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese.
