Description:Our big, juicy flank steak is rubbed with the spices of the Yucutan to give it a Latin flair. You grill it outside or cook it in a big skillet. Everyone loves this tasty, flavorful steak and now you can be an expert at cooking and serving it. Grill or stovetop - 25 minutes.
Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, defrost in microwave before cooking.
Cooking Instructions: Preheat grill or large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steak 5-8 minutes on each side for medium rare or until internal temperature reads 140F on instant read thermometer. (Meat will increase in doneness after it is removed from heat.) Let meat rest 5 minutes before cutting against the grain into thin slices. For tender juicy meat, cook only to medium-rare and slice very thinly.
