Flank Steak with Horseradish Sauce

Description:

Satisfy your steak craving with this lean and tender version, flavored with fresh lemon juice, Dijon mustard and garlic.  The juicy steak tastes great on its own, or for an extra kick and authentic steakhouse flavor, serve it with our zesty horseradish sauce.  Grill or Broiler – 15-20 minutes if thawed, 25 minutes if frozen.

Cooking Instructions

Preparation:  Thaw completely.  If steak is frozen or partially frozen, defrost slightly in microwave before cooking.  Do not over-microwave, or steak will become tough.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Preheat grill or broiler.  Remove steak from bag.  Grill or broil steak 8-10 minutes on each side or until steak is medium rare (140F on instant read thermometer).  Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes before slicing.  For tender steak, cook only to medium-rare and slice very thinly against the grain.  Serve the horseradish sauce (cold or at room temperature) with steak.
