Description:Spice up any weeknight with these child-pleasing burritos. You’ll stuff and roll tortillas with our nutritious and satisfying mixture of beans, rice, tomatoes, corn, mild salsa and Cheddar cheese. Stovetop: 10 minutes if thawed, 15 minutes if frozen
Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, defrost in microwave before cooking.
Cooking Instructions: Heat large skillet on medium heat. Add bean mixture to skillet; cook 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through. Meanwhile, heat tortillas in microwave 20 seconds or until warm. In center of each tortilla, spoon about ½ cup bean and rice mixture and top with 1 tablespoon cheese. Roll tortillas around filling.
