Creole-Style Tilapia

Description:

Juicy tilapia fillets marinate in Cajun seasonings.  They get a quick cooking in a skillet with a delightful vegetable blend which includes onions, bell peppers, celery, tomatoes and seasonings.  Skillet - 25 minutes if thawed.

Cooking Instructions

Preparation:  Thaw completely.  If frozen or partially frozen, defrost slightly in microwave before cooking.  Do not over-microwave, or fish will become tough. 

 

Cooking Instructions:  Heat large skillet over medium heat.  Place contents of vegetable bag in skillet and cook for 15 minutes (10 minutes for Regular entrée), stirring occasionally.  Place fish on top of vegetables, cover skillet, lower heat and simmer 10-12 minutes or until fish is flaky and opaque.  Remove fish to serving plate, and spoon vegetables and sauce over fish.
