Experience the pleasures of a Greek isle in the comfort of home. Gently seasoned chicken breasts are enhanced with the fresh flavors of capers, thyme and lemon. Stovetop - 20 minutes if thawed, 25 minutes if frozen.
Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, defrost in microwave. Do not over-microwave, or chicken will become tough.
Cooking Instructions: Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons cooking oil, or spray skillet with non-stick coating. Add chicken breasts and cook about 3 minutes on each side or until browned. Add caper mixture to skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 10-15 minutes or until chicken is tender and internal temperature is 165F on instant read thermometer.
