Preparation: Thaw in original casing in refrigerator for 72 hours or until completely thawed. Do not thaw at room temperature or in water, and do not refreeze.
Cooking Instructions: Regular Oven: Remove plastic outer wrapper, but leave wrapped in foil. Cook in preheated 350F oven for approximately 2 hours. NOTE: DO NOT PUNCH HOLES IN FOIL. Carefully peel foil back and allow turkey to brown and continue to cook approximately 1 hour or until temperature reaches 165F on instant read thermometer. Convection Oven: Use instructions above except reduce the oven temperature to 325F and peel foil back after 1 ¾ hours cooking time. Allow turkey to stand 20 to 30 minutes before slicing.
