Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, defrost slightly in microwave before cooking.
Cooking Instructions: Spray a sauté pan with non-stick coating. Remove chicken from bag and place in pan; discard marinade. Cook over medium-high heat about 8 minutes on one side. Turn chicken, and add chicken broth. Simmer 4-8 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken is 165F on instant read thermometer. Meanwhile, place contents of couscous bag in heatproof bowl. Pour 1 3/4 cups boiling water (1 cup for regular entrée) over couscous. Cover bowl and let sit 3-5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Place couscous on platter, and top with chicken breasts.
