Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, defrost slightly in microwave.
Cooking Instructions: Preheat grill or large skillet to medium-high heat. Cook chicken breasts 5-8 minutes on one side until browned. Turn chicken breasts to other side; crisscross two strips of bacon on top of each breast, then sprinkle each breast with 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese. Cover and continue cooking 5 minutes or until chicken is browned, cheese is melted, and internal temperature of chicken is 165F on instant read thermometer.
