They are so easy to fix, and they come with a side of our kid-friendly corn-and-rice pilaf. Chicken in Skillet - 20 minutes if thawed. Rice in Microwave - 1 minute.
Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, defrost in microwave before cooking. Do not over-microwave, or chicken will become tough.
Cooking Instructions: Heat large skillet over medium heat. Place contents of chicken bag in skillet, and cook chicken 6-7 minutes on each side. Add contents of sauce bag and cook 2-3 minutes or until chicken is 165F on instant read thermometer. Place rice in microwaveable container; add 2 tablespoons water (1 tablespoon for Regular entree). Cover and heat in microwave 1 minute or until hot.
